we are pleased to offer you employment with the ABC company on the terms and conditions of this letter, ABC company resources policies manual ("ARPM") and ABC company rules and regulations, subject nevertheless to this letter being the prevailing document and the ABC company's rights to revise the ARPM and the regulations from time to time.
